Hi everyone, I hope your all enjoying your week!
I'm slowly getting my house in order and it's starting to finally feel more like home. There are still a few things that I need, like a desk for me and my computer, right now it's on the floor and I'm breaking my back bending over while typing! I definitely need to paint the living room and my boys room too, this place needs some warming up around here!
I've also been thinking about what to giveaway for my 1 year blog anniversary, any suggestions? I completely at a loss!
Also, in the next few days, look for my interview with Laurie Anna, from Laurie Anna's Vintage Home. He decorating skills are amazing!!

Melinda ~ It looks lovely, just like I knew it would! We've lived in this home for 5 years now and at first I thought I needed to decorate it the way the house was designed... that was not a fit for us and so over time I have tried to make it more US. That meant instead of listening to the house I had to really infuse our personalities, I think it looks like you have already done that, I can just see YOU in these photos, beautiful! Theresa xoxo

The house is shaping up. It needs to get ready for the holidays for the family, so don't worry about blogland. Family first. Glad things are sounding a little bit better for you. I am glad.
