Hi all, hope your week is going well.
Me? I'm up to my ears... in paint, patching, re-arranging, cleaning... You get the picture. My very special visitor will be here on Saturday and I'm so excited and nervous. I feel like I've been working on my house for weeks and it's still not the way I want it.
The good thing about having guests, is that you get that "to do" list conquered, which is exactly what I've done. I finally finished painting my son's room after a year. What can I say, I ran out of paint. :)
I thought I'd show you a sneak peek of the new chandie I just made.
I got this bucket a few months back at the flea market and never really used it. Now it's the perfect chandie in my living room. I love it because I can put things on it with magnets. Love these vintage ledger sheets that Tracey from French Larkspur sent me.

Oh, wow, what a fantastic idea! I sooo get it about the house guest. I had one recently, who by the way did not stay as long as I had prepared for, anyway, I ran around getting everything just right. The place looks fabulous: clean, smelling good, fresh flowers in the room she'd use... I even made a little gift bag for being my first guest in my new home. I had a blast. Good Luck. Have Fun!
